Organizational structure: |
NCYLC is governed by a Board of Directors with members selected for their expertise in and commitment to children's rights. The Board has a Finance Committee that reviews the financial operation of the Centre. Management of the NCYLC is delegated to the Director. The NCYLC has a small staff consisting of a Director/Principal Solicitor (full time), Operations and Projects Manager (full time), Senior Solicitor (full time), Secondee Solicitor (full time) and a Project Officer (contract). Much of the operational work load (service delivery and policy development is undertaken by a team of volunteers that includes law students, lawyers and advocates. |
