    Organizational structure: Decision Making Governing Body: WCCI Executive Board as provided for in Article V of the WCCI Constitution. The Executive Board composed of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, six Board members from different countries, Executive Director and Executive Assistant. The Executive Board meet and make decisions in person during the Biennial World Conference. When needed or feasible they hold special meetings. In between they communicate and make decisions through email or conference call or individual telephone calls. The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officers and together with the Executive Assistant carry out the decisions and take charge of the day-to-day operation of the organization through the Secretariat.
