    Organizational structure: The affairs of IIN are managed and administered by a Board of management who shall be appointed and hold office as hereinafter mentioned
    Number and type of members: the Board shall consist of not less than ten (10) nor more than fifteen (15) Members who shall include the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the IIN but excluding the Chief Executive Officer who shall be an ex-officio member and Secretary to the Board. A member of the Board need not be Member of the IIN. All the executive bodies elected by the annual general meeting
