Labour, Health and Human Rights Development Centre’s is a membership based organization with a membership strength of about 5000 cutting across ethnic and religious barriers and over 500 standby Volunteers. The volunteers consist of sympathizers, members of general body (male and female) and members of the board of trustees, activists, students, women, farmers, the marginalized, vulnerable, oppressed strata of the society etc. Paid staff comprises small team of now about 13No staff, experienced, good in advocacy, networking, social mobilization etc. They support actions of the centre in general, implements the programs, decisions of executive council and the Board. It is headed by the Executive Director and its management is completely participatory. They do a lot of field work and when required carry out research, development of packages of advice, and training. In addition, the Head Office also has sections on Advocacy, Programs, Finance and Administration. The work of the field is coordinated by Team Leaders |
