    Organizational structure: This organisation structure is very simple. It has a Board and this board is supported by the Regional Facilitators. All are volunteers and no payment is involved for attending the board meeting. IYPF is actively engaged board members by holding board meetings every month on Facebook - a shift from Skype. The last meeting was held using the Google - HangOut. The appointment of directors of the IYPF is for 2 year term. The current directors for year(2015): Rosen Dimov - President - Bulgaria Magnus De Jongh - Vice President - South Africa, Tarcisio Tamarozi - Director - Brazil, Ahmed Hashem - Director- Gaza/Australia, Brian Mund - Director - USA, Deep Prakash Ayadi- Director - Nepal, Doruk Salor - Director - Turkey and Sesh Varadhan - Director - India. IYPF is registered with Australian Securities and Investment Commission - Australia and therefore two directors must be from Australia.     Number and type of members: Membership comes from over 130 countries across the globe. Most of the members are young professionals and have interest in education, youth unemployment, poverty, social un equality and youth unemployment. Members pay only the joining fee and there is no annual fee.
