    Organizational structure: The World Federation for Mental Health has an international Board of a amximum of 23 members, of whom 8 serve as the Executive Committee headed by the President. WFMH has a Secretary-General/CEO who is the head of administration. The organization has Voting Member Organizations and Voting Life Members who meet once a year. It also has Affiliate Organizations and Individual Members. WFMH is represented by named representatives at the UN and WHO
