Organizational structure: |
NAADUTARO's structure is as follows: General Assembly - which is the highest decision making organ of the organization, drawing members from all communities and locations where activities are implemented. Executive Committee - is the main organ overseeing the day to day implementation of the decisions made by the general assembly. It comprises of not more than 12 members elected and or nominated by the general assembly, with as close as possible equal number of women and men. Management Team - comprises of technical staff employed based on work programs and desired qualifications, headed by the Coordinator. They implement programs, projects and activities as required, reporting to the executive committee. Project Committees at Implementation level - wherever NAADUTARO implemets a project at community level, a local committee is formed to collaborate with relevant authorities. |
