Organizational structure: |
Our Organization has the following structure : Genral Assembly, Executive Secreriat, Control Panel and The Provincial Coordinating Secretariat. The General Assembly is the supreme organ of deliberation and decision-making network. It deliberates on all issues affecting the life of the association. 1) Confirm or reject the membership,
2) To decide ultimately on the decisions of radiation members,
3) Penalty statutes and rules of the association,
4) Set the general policy of the Association and establishes the necessary guidelines,
5) Adopts the program and budget of the Association,
6) Determine the amount of membership fees,
7) Elected and cancel the Steering Committee members,
8) Elect and, where appropriate, dismiss the members of the Provincial Coordination,
9) Approve the narrative and financial reports annual activities of the network,
10) dissolved the association and its liquid assets.
The Executive Secretariat is the management and implementation of decisions adopted by the General Assembly. It is headed by an Executive Secretary elected by the General Assembly for five years, he is assisted by other members of the Association. It manages and represents the association, he is assisted in carrying out his duties by a Deputy Executive Secretary to replace in case of absence. The Executive Secretariat prepares reports of activities. The Control panel is the guardian of the temple of the principles of financial orthodoxy and guidance of the association. He ensures compliance by the Executive Secretariat, of the guidelines agreed by the General Assembly. It is also the certification of accounts and management reports submitted by the Executive Secretariat and shall, for this purpose, a detailed report sent to the General Assembly at least one month before the general meeting. The Provincial Coordinating Secretariat is the management and implementation of decisions adopted by the General Assembly at the level of province. It is headed by a Provincial Coordinator elected by the General Assembly. The Provincial Coordinator is assisted in exercising its functions by some members of the association appointed by the General Assembly. |
