    Organizational structure: Global Conscience has a General Assembly that is the most superior Decision making body of the Association. The GA elects members of the Board of Directors who intern elect members of the Executive Board. Elections are carried out in a democraic process of one member one vote and decision are reached by a simple mojority vote. Global Conscience has an Executive Secretariat headed by a Chief Executive Officer who accounts to the Executive Board and to the General Assembly. The Executive Secretariat is responsible for GCI's day to day activities
