    Organizational structure: An elected Board of Directors and its Executive Committee approves all general public policy directives and general management decisions such as conflict of interest policies,lobbying restrictions and compliance with governmental authorities. The President acts as the Chief Executive Officer and with the assistance of the Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer executes and implements Board decisions. The organization is assisted by a Certified Public Accountant and Legal Counsel.
