Hope-Aid was founded by an 8 member Board of Trustees, passionate and deeply committed to the Organisation’s cause.
The General Assembly of all registered members is the highest policy body of the Organisation, and elects the Management Board.
The Management Board headed by the Program Director, administers Hope-Aid and implements the decisions of the General Assembly.
A full time Administrative Officer appointed by the Board helps in the day to day administration of the Organisation. |
