Mines Action Canada’s Executive Director acts as a liaison between the Board and the staff team. Members of the Board of Directors are drawn from the member organizations and the individual members. The Board meetings regularly to review advice from staff and make decisions by voting with each director having one vote. Mines Action Canada’s by-laws do not permit proxy voting. The meetings of all members are held annually or when the members from across the country can be present. |
