    Organizational structure: The Directive Council establishes the strategic mainlines of the organization. The Executive Direction implements the decisions made by the Directive Council and decides about the management and conduction of the organization. The Sub-direction decides, in coordination with the executive direction, the main guidelines for the projects monitoring. Each project has a coordinator responsible for project-internal decisions. Administrative and financial decisions are taken directly by the Executive Direction.
