    Organizational structure: Has a board which is chaired by the chgairman. The board has subcommittees of health, child sponsorship, RH/HIV/AIDS, Youth Development, Livelihood Development, fundraising and Finnace. The Secretariat is headed by the Executive Director, assisted by four technical staff namely programmes coordinator, sponsorship coordinator, HIV/AIDs coordinator, Human resources officer, transport officer and finnace manager. The scretariat has other support staff as well.
