In accordance with its Statutes, the governance and organizational structure of the Organization include the following bodies:
1) the General Assembly - the supreme body of the Association
2) the Executive Committee - entrusted to the Administration of the Association
3) the President - represents the Association toward third parties.
The present Executive Committee, in charge till February 2012, is composed by the following members:
1) President: Dr Anna Maria Durisch Barchetti
2) Secretary: Ms. Bibianna Maria Durisch
3) Treasurer: Mr. Antonio Barchetti
Please note:
1) In Switzerland Associations do not need to be registered in order to obtain legal personality and commence their activities.
2) In February 2009 the Association Indian Ocean Care, including all its assets as well as active members, has been transformed into Helios Life. |
