Organizational structure: |
The administrative structure is designed to facilitate information flow, exchange and support the decision-making processes in Youth Watch. It is a bottom up process involving social workers, co-ordinators, Researcher, Programs director, finance and administration, Executive director, management committee and AGM.
The management committee is the executive organ of the organisation, consisting of 6 members each representing a different level as a way ensuring collective decision-making. |
