    Organizational structure: The Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance is an alliance or membership organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the membership at a quadrennial General Assembly. Strategy Groups composed of members appointed by the Board of Directors based on nominations by member organizations guide campaigns on issues defined by the Assembly. A secretariat based in Geneva supports the cooperative work of the EAA members.
    Number and type of members: The EAA currently has 82 members, comprising churches, church related agencies and christian organisations around the world.
