    Organizational structure: The secretariat will be responsible for the day-to-day decision-making. It comprises: I.Mr. Evans Magwe -Director II.Sarah Kanyunju - Programme Officer III.Sarah Omwenga - Administrative Officer IV.Johanna Chacha - Accountant V.Lillian Nchagwa - Secretary VI.Fred Nyaoko -Support Staff/Bookkeeper Decisions on policy are made by the Board of Directors and/ or in the absence of a full Board, the Executive Committee comprising Nyabohanse based Board members makes policy decisions.
    Number and type of members: Our organization is a membership organization and led by youths as the board members.The organization consists of 32 members.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: VIKSHO has working relationships with national organizations, local NGOs, local authorities, government, and research institutions.
