| Organizational structure: |
1. A Board of Directors composed of Representatives up to (21) members but not less than (15), shall be elected by voting members from each branches of the organization. 2. The Annual Convention shall elect a Board Chairman among the Representatives. 3. A Board Secretary shall be selected by the Board of Directors among its members. 4. Board of Directors shall be responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization. 5. An elected Representative shall serve in the Board for a term of (1) year. 6. The Annual Convention shall elect an Executive Committee composed of (7) Officers holding the following offices:- President, Vice President, General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor and Public Relation Officer among the Active Members. 7. Executive Committee shall be responsible for the business of the organization. 8. The office term of the Executive Committee shall be (2) years. |
