    Organizational structure: The main managerial body – the General Assembly of Organization’s Members – meets during the Annual Conference of the CO «ALL-UKRAINIAN NETWORK OF PLWHA» and elect new Coordination Council (CC) members. The strategic management body – the Coordination Council – led by a Chairman and a Deputy Chairman (7 members). The Coordination Council has strategic function; it meets quarterly and additionally, as needed. The consultative body – the Council of Regional Representatives (24 members). The Council of Regional representatives meets on a quarterly basis and has the function of coordination of activities in regions and experience exchange. The Supervising Council of the Organization (3 members) has a consulting and controlling function. The operative management body – the Central Office. The Central Office of the Network is the administrating and coordinating unit.
    Number and type of members: CO 100 PERCENT LIFE is the largest and the strongest organization representing the interests of PLWH community in Ukraine. Branches of the organization are registered in 24 regions of Ukraine and CO 100 PERCENT LIFE has over 400 voting and 15 000 associate members, who are representatives of vulnerable groups. Almost 170 000 clients receive services provided by organization.
