    Organizational structure: Reiniciar's structure consists of the General Assembly of Partners, the Board of Directors, the Executive Direction, the Administrative Department and the staff meeting which is made up of four supporting departments: Legal, Assistance to Victims of Human Rights Violations, Advocacy, and Communications. Besides to our main office, located in Bogotá D.C., there is one branch office in Ibagué (Tolima).
    Number and type of members: REINICIAR is made up of twenty-five (25) people coming from several professions, activities and services, motivated by solidarity and humanitarian vocation and integrated around a common goal: human rights defense and human rights international humanitarian law. From the twenty-five (25) there are seven (7) lawyers specialized in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Inter-American System among others; two (2) journalists; one (1) graphic designer; one (1) Information technology specialist; one (1) accountant and one (1) assistant accountant; one (1) secretary; three (3) professionals in economy, finance and project management; three (3) psychologists; five (5) researchers (sociologists, anthropologists and their assistants.
