Reiniciar's structure consists of the General Assembly of Partners, the Board of Directors, the Executive Direction, the Administrative Department and the staff meeting which is made up of four supporting departments: Legal, Assistance to Victims of Human Rights Violations, Advocacy, and Communications. Besides to our main office, located in Bogotá D.C., there is one branch office in Ibagué (Tolima). |

REINICIAR is made up of twenty-five (25) people coming from several professions, activities and services, motivated by solidarity and humanitarian vocation and integrated around a common goal: human rights defense and human rights international humanitarian law. From the twenty-five (25) there are seven (7) lawyers specialized in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Inter-American System among others; two (2) journalists; one (1) graphic designer; one (1) Information technology specialist; one (1) accountant and one (1) assistant accountant; one (1) secretary; three (3) professionals in economy, finance and project management; three (3) psychologists; five (5) researchers (sociologists, anthropologists and their assistants. |
