Organizational structure: |
The general assembly: is the supreme structure for decision making. It comprises all the members of which there are presently 11 (7 men and 4 women). The assembly meets once a year. The board of directors: insures that the recommendations of the general assembly are strictly applied. It also makes sure that the ethic and the objectives of the organisation are respected. It comprises 5 members (4 men and 1 woman) who meet twice a year. General secretariat: orientates and executes the decisions taken by the general assembly and the board of directors. It comprises all the technical staff of ADD. |
