Mission statement:
The Purpose of Teachers Without Borders is to empower and connect teachers to information and each other so that they work together for the implementation of positive change within their communities. We facilitate development through the MDGs, links, networks and support for teachers and their wider communities. We focus on teachers with initiative, who are passionate about their subjects and compassionate towards children. Teachers are acupuncture points. A great teacher can pinpoint the exact place to stimulate the health of a village, region and entire continent. They know who is sick, who is missing, who has been abducted, sexually abused, who has been orphaned by AIDS, who is achieving and who is not.
