    Organizational structure: The structure consist of the board of trustees, they manage the organization, meets once a year at AGM, followed by executive council,they see to the day to day running of the affairs of the organization.
    Number and type of members: The organization has over 2,000 members,about 70%are women and girls rural poor while the rest are elites and some policy makers and private persons and women groups who make contributions to advance and promote the aims and objectives of ICWECD.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: White Ribbon Allaince For Safe motherhood, Network of the Bar, Bench and the Police on Reproductive Rights of Women. FIDA, Nigeria Bar Association,National Councpl of Women socities NCWS,Post 2015 Campaign
