Organizational structure: |
The 5-person Board of directors, which meet at least ten times annually, and the executive committee govern the actions and decisions of the organization. The Board and executive committee, as necessary, creates committees. A President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and other officers are elected/appointed by the Board at the organization’s annual meeting. |
