Mission statement:	CUPPADL mission is to work with the Liberian Government and people and International partners sustain the peace and Liberia¿s new democracy in the context of realizing International and National Development promotion policy documents including Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Paris Declaration, Liberia¿s Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) etc. Objectives: ¿ To promote democratic governance through engaging people at the community, county and national levels in the process of policy formulation, implementation and planning; ¿ To advocate to government and development partners measures that address the issues of corruption, impunity, human rights and the provision of basic social services at the community, county and national levels; ¿ To build the peace through programs and activities that ensures tribal harmony, religious tolerance, peaceful coexistence, unity and reconciliation; ¿ To engage community dwellers especially rural stakeholders in national Development process including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and awareness creation etc; ¿ To built the capacity and engage rural and urban civil society organizations in advocacy for policy, development programs and activities that address the social problems of the people.

Organizational structure:	Two Structure of the CUPPADL, a Board of Advisor and a Management Team. The Board of Advisor is the policy and oversight arm of the organization and the Management Team runs the day to day activities of the organization and is headed by the National Executive Director.
