Mission statement:	Our main focus is to support the Youth to produce and develop community driven development initiatives, sustainable development efforts of communities by helping them identify, isolate, and concentrate their productive energies in the management of the value chain activities that provide the best economic gain for a health & wealth creation. We train those endowed with knowledge resources among them as local service providers to help identify business opportunities and help them to engage in valuable programmes such as promoting gender equality, human rights and sustainable development through a range of diverse programmes., eg: fight against drug abuse, HIV sensitizing, local work camps, skills based training and community-based campaigns all in contribution overall goal of poverty alleviation. We have set forums of different categories working from grassroots level in the rural areas to urban city to promote the sustainable development of the Youth & Communities through social investment, resource mobilization, endowment building and set up to fight poverty in the marginalized regions of Kenya. We have a vision to bring together dynamic young leaders who are committed to achieving the common dream for sustainable development and education. One of the most effective tools for making this a reality is by organizing Youth Conferences , participate in Local & International Conferences so as to facilitate a worldwide network that links active young people with the support they need. We have Youth Leaders with different education and professional background best suited to develop leadership roles in all areas, encompassing public sector; government; private sector; non-governmental and independent organizations. We focus on identifying the weaknesses & opportunities among our Youth to strengthen capabilities of emerging future leaders with the mission of progressing towards the common goal of achieving the Millineum Goals. We partner with governments,schools, colleges, clubs, communities to produce groups and development partners to support our interventions. We also volunteer to participate in local & International work camps which are an enjoyable means of working together in a diverse cross-cultural setting to bring about positive, equitable and sustainable changes in our society. Our future activities are focused on introducing the economic enterprise element to improve the sustainability of our Youth Community energies; on their development priorities and collective initiatives through grant making.

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER -- Advisor, design and implement strategies on diverse issues related to implementation and dissemination of IHL in Kenya.
