Mission statement:	To provide and promote quality servicesin a transparent and equitable way that enhances the social economic development of the people of Trans-Nzoia and party of Kenya. To help grassroots community organizations implement locally determined and sustainable initiatives in response to the community development and health care. Is also to assist in the restoration of the community and other families that have been impacted by HIV/AIDS, Substance Abuse and Violence. We accomplish our mission through programs of advocacy, counseling, treatment, media and health education. Our programs have been tailored, using locally recognized models, to empower and educate community members to assume responsibility for their health care.
