Organizational structure: |
The BOT is at the head of Administration. The CEO of the organization (i.e. the President) oversees the day – to – day running of the organization and reports to the BOT as the leader of the management team. The technical team is hereby the leader who is the chief of technical party (CTP) and who is the arrow head for all proposals and technical activities of the organization. The management team is supported by 3 department team heads namely; research, planning and finance. The organization makes use of both internal and external consultants more involved in day – to – day running of the organization and programmes. Field staff and complete staff work on projects and represent the organization on her on – going programme. |
