    Organizational structure: DOVENET Board of Trustees is the highest decision making organ, made up of eminent persons drawn from the public. This includes the initiators of the project. There is an Advisory board made up of seven (7) professionals of proven integrity chosen by the Board of Trustees. The Boards sets the action plan and formulates strategies for implementing DOVENET’s Programmes. The Executive Director, who is a member of both Boards, controls the day running of the organization with the support of senior programme managers, who are recruited by the Boards and the secretarial staff form the management team. The management team meets Bi- monthly to review strategies, share information and build synergy for teamwork.
