    Organizational structure: The management of Save Visions Africa is structured in a way that the Board of Trustees (BoT), is at the acme of the organogram. The Executive Director, Programme Director, Treasurer, Legal Adviser, Project Coordinators, Accountant, Administrator, Project Officers, and Consulting associates are structured to follows the arrangement. Our organization maintains a large pool of Volunteers who can be mobilized even at very short notices to help in project implementation. The management team reports regularly to respective donor agencies, stakeholders, etc. The Accountant oversees financial transactions of the organization and maintains the necessary documentations. Annual programme reports and financial audit reports are made public.
