    Organizational structure: Article 8 1. The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the association, its members take part as its own right and essential. 2. The members of the association when meeting in General Assembly legally constituted, will decide by the majority, the matter that are competence of the General Assembly. 3. All members are subject to General Assembly resolutions, including those not present, those who disagree and present members who abstained from voting. Article 14 1. The Board governs, manages and represents the association. This organ is composed by the President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the members². These positions, must be held by different people. 2. The election of members of the Board, (that must be members) is made by vote on the General Assembly. Those elected take their duties after accepting the position.
