Le RADI au Sénégal est structuré à trois (3) niveaux:
- Un Président fondateur
- Un comité d'orientation dont les membres sont élus par la conférence générale
- La conférence générale qui regroupe tous les membres du RADI et qui se réunit tous les cinq (5) ans
- Dans l'organisation interne du travail, le RADI est bien structuré avec un Secrétaire général et un chef du personnel, un chef comptable et son staff, un reponsable du suivi des activités, un contrôleur du budget, des directeurs de programmes et projets et leur staff, un responsable IEC et des bénévoles recrutés pour exécuter des activités de terrain |
