Mission statement:	Partner Vision (PAVIS) has as mission to promote and facilitate the sharing and used of specialized knowledge and experiences in the domains of culture; environment; health; education, civic responsibility, human rights, good governance and participation in democracy. This, through the effective use of Communication, involving newer information and Communication technologies, foster exchanges that can link up people and activities in the domains cited above, with a view to underling the connectivity of all human development effort. At the base of all this, is the youth, whom (PAVIS) places at the centre of all its initiatives. The future of Cameroon and the rest of the World are in the hands of the youths whom are ostensibly referred to as the Leader of tomorrow. At (PAVIS); we believe that, more than being in the Hands of youth, the future is in their minds. How tomorrow shapes out depends largely on how the youths are cultured today, what they learn and orientation that they grow up with and which will eventually define their values, principles and policies. In these time of globalization and rapid scientific and socio cultural changes, the strengthening of the youth is indispensable. That is why (PAVIS) is investing in the youths to strengthen their understanding of social and cultural realities of the times and how they can harness these for development ,to give the youths the capacity to deal with the challenges of democracy and good governance for a more just and progressive society.
