Mission statement:	Cadif is gender balance, an emerging youth lead organization, and non-profit and non partisan membership organization of young professionals advised with a backstopping strong advisory Board of professional eminent person and is volunteer driven, established in late 2006. The group started with a mission to work with young professional in slum areas in mobilizing and empowering children and youths in the target areas to enhance their capacity, enable them reduce the risk and vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and alleviate poverty within the community. We believes that this capacity enhancement will enable the vulnerable youths and pro-poor community to internalize poverty and contribute to prevention and control of the spread of HIV/AIDS and provide care and support to infected and affected individual. The organization has development components that include; Water and Sanitation, health, gender, governance, education, and agriculture in Kisumu East and West Districts. As a community based organization, Cadif is all-inclusive, non-profit, non-partisan and non-discriminative with its target group (youths age 10-25 years and children. We works towards facilitating our target groups to be semi-autonomous , plan design and implement strategies to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS, Unemployment, access to health care services, sanitation, Environmental management, Market access ,illiteracy and poverty in communities and we believe in working for a practical outcome. Organizational structure:	Our Managerial Structure Cadif has strong managerial structure and good organization communication channel. We have a backstopping eight person Advisory Board of professionally qualified eminent individuals having experience from different sectors, Management board of eight young graduate professional and management units. Every department have special unit to ensure accuracy, proper coordination, timely work result and proper accountability The Board of Directors meets to decide overall policy matters and provide strategic direction to CADIF
