CHAD has a Board of Trustee made up of knowledgeable men and women. After the Board of Trustee we have the Management unit. The management unit has heads of all unit as members. The unit include- Governance and Human rights, health unit which has 3 sub unit - orphan and Vulnerable unit, Community Support Services (CSS) and Primary Prevention unit, Water and sanitation, hygiene (WASH) and environment made up of WASH and environment sub unit. There is a mobilization unit with 2 sub unit - Human resource mobilization and Income generating unit. Finance and Procurement unit is another unit comprising of sub unit - finance and procurement and logistics. Following this is the Project Coordination unit comprise of all project officers and heads of unit of department. there is also the administrative support staff made up of transport and works department. We have also the Monitoring and evaluation unit This is followed by program support unit. this unit has as members supervisory staff, intermediate staff, basic staff and volunteers |
