The International Brain Education Association is a not-for-profit educational association that offers training to realize the unlimited potential of the brain to create health, happiness, and peace for individuals and communities. IBREA Foundation was established in the United States in 2008 to liaise with the UN and develop its global activities. IBREA initiated the Earth Citizen Movement in 2009, a global campaign aimed at supporting education, health and environmental awareness around the world through Brain Education and in alignment with the UN Millennium Development Goals. IBREA was registered in the UN Global Compact and the UNDPI in 2009. In 2011, IBREA started its activities in the developing world. Since then, IBREA has implemented pilot Brain Education projects accompanied by research on their impact, in the public schools systems in El Salvador and Liberia. |
