    Organizational structure: EDUCAF is and shall be an organization with worldwide voluntary membership with nationwide and international offices and networks if need be and shall also be open to international members. Various committees shall be set-up to carry out specifics task with respect to the organizational hierarchy and code of conduct. The International Board of Directors shall be the permanent structure of EDUCAF with significant power over the organization. THE ORGANS OF EDUCAF SHALL CONSIST OF: 1.THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY - (GA) 2.THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS - (IBD) 3.THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES - (BT) 4.THE INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT - (IES) 5.THE EXECUTIVE BUREAU - (EB) 6.SUPPORTING COMMITTEE - (SC) The International Board of Directors - IBD EDUCAF International Board of Directors shall be the administrator and overseers of EDUCAF and shall consist of nine members with six members elected by the General Assembly with consideration to gender balance in the election process and shall also be administrators of EDUCAF and subject only to the General Assembly, They shall represent EDUCAF value at their national level and shall take decisions and initiatives on behalf of EDUCAF and the decision or initiatives shall be studied by the International Executive Secretariat for the President/Chairman approval They shall take international decisions on behalf of EDUCAF with respect to EDUCAF rules and regulations with appreciation from the International Executive Secretariat for the president/chairman approval INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT - IES Significant authority for the conduct of the affairs of EDUCAF shall be vested on the International Executive Secretariat and shall be the team surrounding the President, and shall also be in charge of all the international affairs of the organization and shall be headed by the President of EDUCAF. The International Executive Secretariat shall also be EDUCAF employees and shall be subject to the International Board of Directors. EXECUTIVE BUREAU The executive bureau shall be the force behind the organization in charge of all the day-to-day activities and projects implementation of EDUCAF headed by a Director reporting to the International Executive Secretariat Appointed by the President and shall be EDUCAF employee. The executive bureau shall be subject to the international executive secretariat BOARD OF TRUSTEES This board shall consist of eleven members and the eleven members shall be from the General Assembly representing members from a region, country area or otherwise of more than 500 registered members recommended by the President. They shall also recommend course of action and propose projects. The Board of Trustees shall solely consist of persons of high ethical reputation with an unshakable desire to contribute to the vision of EDUCAF. SUPPORTING COMMITTEES The supporting committee shall consist of highly experienced professional and experts from diverse educational background and nationalities volunteering for EDUCAF by providing technical advice on projects development, planning and implementation. They shall also serve as EDUCAF consultant and projects supervisors. Members from the supporting committee shall also take part in capacity building workshops, training and many other activities as to service the various concern communities and individuals.
    Number and type of members: 1) EDUCAF membership shall be open to any individual, agency, organization, institution or company of good moral who contributes to the advancement of the mission of EDUCAF, who acts in accordance with the core values and policies of EDUCAF, and who has been recognized as registered member of EDUCAF by virtue of payment of annual dues or having been granted a dues waiver. Individuals residing in countries, territories, states, or regions where there is not an office or structure of EDUCAF may on payment of an annual subscription fee determined by the International Executive Secretariat become an international members of EDUCAF. In countries where an office or structure exists, individuals may become international members of EDUCAF with the consent of the office or structure and of the International Executive Secretariat. The International Executive Secretariat shall maintain a register of such international members. 2) EDUCAF members shall be recognized as socially responsible citizens in Cameroon and other territories and they most demonstrate such qualities; subject to screening, if an application for membership is rejected for any reasons, 80% of the application fees shall be refunded to the intended applicant Article 9: QUALIFICATION 1) EDUCAF membership shall be open to any individual regardless of their ethnicity, religion, nationality, educational background or racial background and individual representative of a region, territory or area of more than 500 members shall be given to persons such as teachers, lecturers, professor or individual with similar qualifications. 2) Any employee member must be submissive to EDUCAF code of conduct subject to fulfilment of the conditions mentioned on the code of conduct. 3) All registered members shall be send a membership card by regular post, members shall be free to receive their membership card by other postal services and maybe charged for such if deferent from the regular mail service. 4) Members shall understand and accept to abide by the act and the internal rules, regulations and manners of EDUCAF
