D. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: ULSAIS has a Board of Director, Executive Director, Executive Committee, Finance officer, Secretary, Coordinator and monitors. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and the Finance officer shall be the only signatories to the organization account. The management team is headed by the Executive Director. The following is a listing of positions with in the management structure; Executive Director, Administrator, Secretary, Finance officer, Monitors, Interviewer, Coordinators, Supervisors, Project officer, Executive committee members, among others. G. BACKGROUND OF ULSAIS STAFFS / PROFESSIONALS: ULSAIS has two categories of staffs, namely; Professional and Volunteers (non professional) 1. Professional Staff: ULSAIS has a corps of professional who’s highly school in the field of social work, Human Rights, Health Education, Accounting, Agriculture, Management, Economics, Technology, etc. These qualifications ran from post-secondary diploma to post-graduate certificates and diploma. In addition, the professional’s posses a wide range of experience in working in the humanitarian and delivery field and in working in specific fields mentioned above within the non governmental setting. Many of these have worked with both local and international NGO’s for a period ranging from 3-5 years 2. Volunteers: ULSAIS Volunteers comprises personnel whose are high school graduates and has posses training in the various positions. These Volunteers have assisted the organization in its formation |
