    Organizational structure: A five member Board of Director form the Executive Council. The Board is responsible to provide overall strategic direction, guidance and controls. It appoints the Executive Director who manages the organization day to day activities from among themselves who is also supported by a four member personnel.
    Number and type of members: Five(5)= Board of Directors Four(4)= Managing Employees 10(ten)= Volunteers each month(Rotators) 34(thirty four)= Dues paying individual members 5(five) = Dues paying organizational members
