    Organizational structure: The highest decision making organ of the organization is the Annual General Meeting, then the Board of Trustees who oversee the decisions implementation and who provide guidance and direction to the organization. CERI runs a secretariat headed by the Executive Director and supported by Programme Officers as well as Administrative/Account Staff manned by competent and experienced personnel and who implement the day to day activities and programmes of the organization.     Number and type of members: Currently, CERI has a membership strength of over 3000 professional, both national and international volunteers and expert across Nigeria.
