| Organizational structure: |
The Initiative is governed by its Board of Directors, drawn from both private and public sectors. The Secretariat of the Initiative, located in Nigeria, is headed by the Executive Director, and consists of the Manager, Finance and Administration, Director of Research, Director, Training and Programme Coordinators, Research Associates and Fellows, and a small team of support staff. Much of the substantive work of the Initiative is carried out through a network of individual/ fellows (within and outside of Nigeria) who are affiliated to the Initiative as Associate Fellows, Associates and Individual Member and Advisers as well as collaborating institutions within and outside of Nigeria. |
