Millennium Development Goals:	Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
Mission statement:	Fixing values of collaboration & Solidarity among youth Union. organization. Institution in Africa and Arab countries. ¿ Strengthening Youth issues awareness by giving their rights . requirements acquiring to fight ( illiteracy – unemployment – phenomena's and cooperation to introduce solution and tackling issues which concern African & Arab countries (Political- Economical & social issues). ¿ Supporting Youth activities in voluntary work. humanity, Science , Arts. Sport fields and encouraging & protecting collaborated youth initiatives in the field. ¿ Developing the council & it's members relation with other distinguished National and international organization . ¿ Cooperation Of Girls in Arab & African countries in equity in decision making and managing the present and creating the future in all Council's activities.

Number and type of members:	All organization that participate at the Afro- Arab Youth Festival in March 2004 in Khartoum are considered as establishers . Any National or International African or Arab organization that believe in the council objectives and cooperate to accomplish it's objectives and cooperate to accomplish it's objectives can be members. - Also the National Organization from African & Arab from outside countries are acceptable.
