Mission statement:	The Youth for Community Academic & Development Services (YOCADS) is legal and registered Liberian Civil Society Youth led and youth driven NGO registered under the revised code for non-for-profit organization. It is run by dedicated and experienced Liberian youth motivated to rendering services to humanity. YOCADS was established in 2000; certificated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and incorporated by the of Planning for Economic Affairs 2002, respectively. Since the establishment of YOCADS she had undertaken numerous projects including Peace Building, Conflict Management; Conflict Prevention; Sports, Cultural Activities, Waste Management, Youth Leadership, Youth Empowerment, Youth Employment and apprenticeship/skill and Computer training. Additionally YOCADS involve advocacy and awareness campaign on the Millennium Development Goals. YOCADS currently partner with the following organizations: CooperAxion, United Nations Millennium Campaign, United Nations Development Program and International Humanist and Ethical Youth organization. YOCADS uses the REFLECT and PRA method in all of her project implementation For more information see the following websites: www. yocads.org; www.cooperaxion.org YOCADS over the past years have work with youth of all ages at both community and national levels in four counties of Liberia to include Montserrado, Bomi, Grand Cape Mount and Grand Bassa Counties.

Number and type of members:	The Youth for Community Academic and Development Services (YOCADS) have more than 350 members that comprise of youth, students, women, disadvantage and disable person.
