    Organizational structure: FIDA NIGERIA is an affiliate of the International Federation of Women Lawyers, the head is the Country Vice President? National Presidents who manages the affairs of the Organization with her team known as the National Executive Committee, the highest decision body of the Organization is the National Executive Council which comprise of the Board of Trustees , National Executive Committee, all Present and Past Chairpersons of our 33 branches in 33 of the 36 States of Nigeria. Each branch has its own Executive Officers who are responsible for the day to day running of the Branch. They are obligated to report quarterly to the National Executive Committee.The Organization has a National Secretariat with employees who report daily to the National Executive Committee through the National Secretary.
