The Board of Trustees is the highest decision making organ which formulates the NGO's policies and these policies are in turn implemented by the Executive Director who is assisted by Three Deputy Directors (Admin, operations and Education).
The organization has 5 permanent members of staff who take care of the day-to-day the activities.
There is the Executive council made up of the Directors and elected 8 members |
