    Organizational structure: Roots of Hope is a non profit organization with a legal Representative working closely with a board comitte implementing decisions taken by a General Assembly. Our organization built partnerships with 24 CSOs in the country for the youth employment programme. Our organization works with 12 CSOs and academic structures for the promotion of results based management. Roots of Hope also works in partnership with 12 civil society organizations on the Human Rights Education programme. A comitte of three persons are responsable for intern auditing. We have a permanent Secretariat implementing our programmes. Each two years, the General Assembly vote to renew the governance boddies.
    Number and type of members: 45 members having the right to vote and to be elected at different positions of the management. Membership is voluntary and no discrimination of sex, religious, race or region. We recruit members who have different competencies needed for the mission of Roots of Hope.
