    Organizational structure: LUCAF has a Board of trustees of seven (7) members, a nine (9) member Governing Council, who have the oversight functions of the organization's operations, and an Executive Director who is supervised by the Governing Council. The Senior Program Manager (SPM) reports directly to the Executive Director, while Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Finance and Admin Manager reports to the Senior Program Manager.Program officers, Monitoring and Evaluation Officers report to the Program Manager, while the Finance and Admin Officer, internal auditor, Office Assistant and Driver reports to the Finance and Admin Manager. Field officers, Volunteers/interns report to Program officers.
