Our structure most closely resembles an international web of overlapping and interconnecting relationships. We maintain a campaign-like structure to maximize our effectiveness and continue to draw from the expertise of our member organizations and the strength and credibility we gain from working in collaboration. This is why those involved usually refer to HCWH as a campaign or coalition instead of an organization. |
