    Organizational structure: A board comprising of 2 male and 3 female with the Director of the organization being part of the board. 5 members of staff; Programs Manager, Administration and Finance officer, Media and Communications officer and 2 field officers. We work with interns and volunteers, and our work within the communities is supported by our partnerships with community based organizations, womens groups, youth associations and other environmental, community rights and other community groups and associations.
    Number and type of members: The membership is the communities living along Lake Turkana, comprising of fishermen, water users, traders, pastoralists. There are 6 communities; i.e Turkana, Rendille, Samburu, Elmolo, Gabbra, and Dassanach.
